Given the complexity of legal disputes involving fraud allegations, a multi-disciplinary approach is often essential. This session brings together the insights of London-based professionals: an investigator, a forensic accountant, a barrister, and a solicitor to explore common themes from their case studies. They will discuss these issues, and the London market’s role in international dispute resolution, against the backdrop of increasingly sophisticated international fraudsters including a focus on tackling remarkably creative methods of asset dissipation. Chatham House rules apply
