Most organisations have a cyber incident response plan documented, but in today’s reality, where it’s not if but when a cyber incident will occur (and how many), it’s simply not enough.

In the eye of a cyber storm, the incident response plan simply may not be accessible, nor does it adjust or pivot as decisions are made. A digital cyber tabletop exercise helps legal teams move from paper to practice. It provides opportunities for law firms to be in the shoes of their clients so they can effectively support them through an incident and establish best practices for scenarios that couldn’t have been predicted otherwise.

In this session, Randi Zimmer, Director of Cyber Incident Response at Epiq, will conduct a digital tabletop exercise that simulates a cyber incident. Our panel, with the audience participants, will gamify the decisions made with respect to a documented response plan.
