A 45-minute morning session with their in-house instructor. Jaya’s style of teaching is playful and light-hearted, focusing on slow, strong and intentional movements, with the precision and attentive alignment of Iyengar.
Following on from finding your inner peace you will be welcomed by the delicious YogiBowls team who will have a selection of Açaí bowls and Cold-Pressed Juices available for you to enjoy post workout on Pinsent Masons’ Terrace.
All abilities are welcome to join this session. So instead of thinking namaste in bed, join us for a flowing session. Your mat is waiting.
