The panel will feature perspectives from both lawyers and experts, who will draw on their direct experience of some of the leading cases such as the Interchange litigation, Royal Mail / BT v DAF Trucks and Granville v LG, and share insights on how the law of pass-on has developed, how it might evolve, and what must now be established to prove that an unlawful overcharge has been passed on. The panel will contrast English law on pass-on with the law in the Netherlands and discuss what might be learned from other jurisdictions.
