The protection of digital assets

A breakfast seminar to explore how to protect digital assets, including crypto-currencies, tokens and digital art, covering approaches to protect against losses and recover assets, including through domestic and international court actions, as well as international investment law.

The seminar will include perspectives from in-house counsel at a global crypto exchange and international art auction house. The panel also will touch on more recent developments that relate to digital assets regulation.
