Join our panel of King & Spalding construction lawyers, HKA experts and guest speakers, as they explore the evolving landscape of Saudi construction projects. This session will focus on the impacts of new parties, projects, contracts and laws on Saudi giga projects, the typical claims and disputes issues arising and the mechanisms being explored or adopted by parties to seek to efficiently resolve those disputes.
