International Disputes Involving Parties From Central Asia
5 Jun
11:00 - 12:30
London has seen many high profile and complex disputes with parties from Kazakhstan and other Central Asian states over recent years. Our panels will review the latest and most high-profile disputes to understand the latest trends and biggest issues for such disputes.
A keynote presentation will be provided by Lord Burnett, former Lord Chief Justice of England & Wales and current Chief Justice of the AIFC Court.
Two expert panel discussions will then focus on Kazakhstan, and the wider Central Asian region.
