The Lady Chief Justice recently delivered a speech on Mediation after the Singapore Convention, advocating for the creation of a London Dispute Resolution Committee to recommend a holistic approach to international mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
This session will discuss how this could work in practice, with a mix of mediation, arbitration and litigation perspectives.
