Our expert panel will look at the increasing role of International Commercial Courts in the resolution of international commercial disputes and the opportunities presented for the use and influence of English law, and the opportunities for English lawyers. We will cover the work of SIFoCC - the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts - which for the past 8 years has been at the forefront of bringing together Commercial Courts from 58 jurisdictions to promote best practice and to further the Rule of Law as regards the resolution of international commercial disputes. Additionally, English practitioners will share their experiences of appearing in overseas Commercial Courts to resolve complex international commercial disputes and the lessons that can be learned.
