This session will feature a moderated, interactive panel discussion focusing on various institutional rules, including the new SIAC rules that came into effect on 1 January 2025, and their practical applications. The panel will delve into topics such as expedited procedures, emergency arbitrator provisions, protective preliminary orders, streamlined procedures, early dismissal, preliminary determinations, consolidation, joinder, and other relevant procedures.

Additionally, the session will explore emerging issues and how procedural rules and institutions are adapting to accommodate advancements in artificial intelligence and other technological developments, as well as the growing importance of ESG arbitrations.
